The YHLD-310 Super-High-Sensitivity Hydrogen Sensor responds to even tiny leaks of as little as 1.0×10-6Pa·m3/s in no more than a second. Yamaha's unique detection algorithm suppresses measurement variations due to environmental changes such as temperature and humidity, which have been a problem for conventional semiconductor hydrogen sensors. We achieve superior reproducibility, with precision of ±30%, in hydrogen gas detection at low concentrations.

The YHLD-310 Control App will transform the way you work. Connect the detector to your mobile device via Bluetooth to visualize concentration fluctuations in real time and handle calibration and threshold setting with ease. Send measurement reports as they're output, as CSV files. Ensure traceability with records of leak locations and history checks.

You can carry detection capability for hydrogen concentrations of 0.05ppm-1,000ppm easily, anywhere. With the broad applicability to diverse measurement needs and target workpieces, you can use this instrument in fields ranging from manufacturing to research. Weighing just 340g, with ergonomic design for ease of use, this product takes the load off the operator. The power source is alkaline AA batteries, which are easily available around the world.

Measurement and Display
Gas concentrations are displayed in real time, numerically and graphically. Manual/Auto Modes can record diverse data, and Quick Mode can judge rapidly whether gas leakage exceeds the threshold value.

Recording and Transmission
Other than date/time and measured values, leak locations and judgment results can also be recorded. Auto Mode can also record continuous data for up to eight hours. You can send data as CSV file email attachments.

Settings and Calibration
You can change measurement units and check record history. In Auto Mode, you can make flexible settings for sampling intervals and recording time. Key items, such as threshold values and calibration, are passcode protected.
